I just received a letter from my broker for a stock
distribution from SHAL, effective as of record date
Jan 8, 1999, for 1 common share of Tril-Medianet Inc.
for each common share of SHAL held, and 1 warrant of
Tril-Medianet Inc. for every 5 common shares of SHAL
held. So does that mean Jan 8 is the cut off date?
Also, can somebody please tell me, was the distribution
for SLNN similar?? SLNN opened at around $13, which is
almost twice the value of SHAL! So that means they are in
effect tripling our investment???
