Only conspiracy theories, accusations of securities fraud and accusations of shareholder oppression...and all cloaked under the umbrella of "protecting" your fellow investor. Therefore, there is nothing to answer. Given the fact not one person on this board has come forward and stated "thank-you Ian for saving me from this fraudulent company", despite your voluminous posts, it may be time to take another angle. For example, "I short small-cap junior exchange companies but this is one I haven't managed to turn a profit on." Wishful thinking.
