I don't know how many read Money Magazine, but last month there was an article about Joe Park alias Tokyo Joe, etc.....This month there was an update and since we have the SEC investigating a few around here thought this might be interesting.

Update..
Early in March, online stock tipster Tokyo Joe Park and some of his followers received subpoenas from the SEC. It seem SEC investigators want to examine Park's e-mails to see if he had loaded up on shares before recommending them and then sold on the buying he had spurred, a dubious practice known as front-running. An SEC spokesman declined comment on the probe. Park himself says the commission wanted the e-mail addresses of his subscribers and copies of his own trading records, all of which he says he provided.

Park insists that he has nothing to hide and that the investigation has not scared away subscribers. He also says that while he hyped stocks in which he held positions early in his career as an online tipster, he doesn't anymore. He says, "I think the big issue is front-running...But I have admitted it...And, yes, I was walking a borderline, a shadow gray line, but it was the beginning of cyberspace and investing. We don't do that anymore."
