Daniel, I was wondering, in doing all your DD on ABFG did you ever ask them if Gerald Emile Sklar (just so we don't have any name confusion) was ever prohibited from acting as a director or officer of a public company by the BC securities commission? You know, for such things as issuing false and misleading press releases and false and misleading disclosure about private placements?

Wait, let me guess, such information, if true, isn't important, right?
