You probably know this but I think it worth mentioning. Many times issues will trade up only to drop once an interview with CNBC hits the airway. I've seen this happen a number of times.

HA! I got ya beat for greedy. I kept buying XYBR even though I knew it was a long shot that management would get the year-end and 4Q report out on time. But you know how it is when ya really want to believe.

They didn't get it out, and the stock has been trading down ever since. Even the rumor of the release on Monday didn't lift the stock on Friday. Sensing my own greed and stupidity, I sold 2/3 of my position earlier in the week.

Turned around and stuck the money in a stock which could be affected by the CPQ news tomorrow.

There is a very good reason under investment style in my profile that I put the word, "unlucky". Because its true. <sad laugh>
