i believe Steele (sp ?) Partners is the name of another investment group which owns about 5% or so of them - just guessing - can't find the news stories as they've expired - but they had a reputation for making their money do good things for them. Maybe Shapiro's group is the same one ??? as for earnings - the company stated that 3Q .20 earnings were not sustainable (probably a special set of circumstances arose such as a backlog of orders being cleared out in that quarter) but that 4Q earnings were in any case going to be better than last year's 4Q. they provided no numbers however last year's 4Q was .21 so if you figure at least .21 you're talking at least .59 vs .38 for the year. each year's been better than the last for the last 3 yrs so they have a good track record. we just have to wait and see, it's all part of the game
