Chuca, you say that you are out of the loop, and you say that you do not know what happened, and you say that you do not know what is happening. Then you suggest lots of reasons, stated as what-if facts, that might explain what & is & might be. This by you in ChucaSpeak, needing a decoder ring. John and Aaron know the shareholders side of the merger. John and Aaron are shareholders. John and Aaron worked only for the ipmcf shareholders interest. John and Aaron had a plan, those owed money by IPM could not refuse. John and Aaron had and have and will aways have my trust and admiration. To me, John and Aaron were blind-sided by ? To me, ipmcf shareholders were blind-sided by ? I wonder who said this: "The Truth Is A Terrible Thing To Keep Secret" If someone tells you the following: "... for your own good, I cannot tell you what is happening ..." sounds like a "trust me" which is ok from one you trust, but to trust that which is unknowned from someone unknowned make me to say "reread my prior post here on ipmcf thread, for the first time" Doug
