Bill, first one comment to your post.

<< As to the MAXAM/IPM takeover?, this may have been a dog and pony
show to get yours and others $10,000 kitties into the bag as well. >>

If so, then I and those other ipmcf shareholders, including ALL the
ipmcf shareholders that took an active role in the shareholders
activity to call a special shareholders meeting thru collecting of
the share pledging, were honest and trueful and then con'ed by those
on the other side of the merger.

TO REPEAT WHAT YOU SAID: << may have been >>

At this point no information has been identified except individuals
speculation on a possible IPM scam.

The information I know to be true and accurate is that the ipmcf
shareholders activity switched from obtaining a special shareholders
meeting because an opportunity arose for a possible Maxam merger,
and in good faith, for the best outcome for ipmcf shareholders, the
ipmcf shareholders activity decided to pursue this avenue.

No <<dog and pony>> or any other con or scam on shareholders activity
side thru any ipmcf shareholders active in the undertaking.

If any "dog and pony or any other con or scam" existed elsewhere,
I have NO information as to that.

As for what you mentioned, SEC and class action and the like,
I again ask you to read my post again. If the ipmcf shareholders,
those currently holding ipmcf shares, do not participate in any future
monetary rewards from the Black Rock dirt, then I as an individual will
obtain for myself the reasons for the such outcome. My purpose will
not be to try and reclaim my investment, or inflicted duress by others,
but to see that "bad persons are not allowed to do bad and get away with it".

For me its not a money thing.

If things were done to "prevent" ipmcf shareholders from realizing
the dream they had for their investment here, then things can be done
to prevent those who prevented the shareholders. Criminal and illegal
acts need not have been comitted, just as criminal and illegal actions
need not be needed to do another "prevent" to the side that first did
what was done to prevent ipmcf shaeholders.

This thread may exist for another 99 years,
in limbo,
along with the limbo of Black Rock,
and its "other" owners
also put in limbo
