OT: Yes I have had that problem. Another major problem with Real Tick 3 is the account info windows. This software is a number of years old. Also the firms that use it clear through many different clearinghouses. In most cases the accounts info from the software/broker varies from that of the info reported eod from the clearinghouse. Particularly if you are holding a position overnight. All brokers say it is too complicated to have it absolutely accurate. I say hogwash. It is a criminal to say you have real time updating account balances that are not that at all. Every trader should be screaming their head off to fix this sorry a$$ problem, and right now. This problem alone makes the the RT3 second rate. just my opinion, fwiw. genaro
