Identical to TransPoint.

Probably the most important statement in the article. IPAYX's model is almost the same as TP's, maybe a little more bank friendly, but they are still a third party. I don't see how IPAYX's is going to have much success if TP can't even get off the ground. Not to mention , integrated pay anyone, Customer Care infrastructure, etc..
