Sorry, made a mistake there: the defense attorney questioning Quiel was Semenza of JB Oxford, not Montal of the DTC. As it happens, Quiel got them mixed up in person. Montal questioning Quiel:

19 A. Yes. As a matter of fact one of my firms almost went to

20 clearing with you before you -- it became J. B. Oxford and you
21 were Autre.
22 Q. Well, I don't know what you mean by referring to 'you' but
