Doug, yes, I was on the e-mail list from the lawyer and he seemed to be proceeding as if it was bona fide. If it was scam based that was maxam well kept secret. Why?, for new $/, to delay past a critical time for action point?. We may never know as the crooks that run these pseudo-scientific scams make sure they use all the cautionary lingo and pass the buck to others with regards to critical data. Bill
