We all may want to believe that takeover is the logical or most desirable option but if that does not occur soon what happens to the price of ESPI? Does it tank or do you look at the value of the co as a partner to companies like Qwest and MCI, afterall they have the local component that others need to deliver services. Not only do they have the local's in place but they are starting to build local's for third parties.
As the CEO said companies like Qwest and MCI have 3 options build their own networks, partner with companies like ESPI, or acquire the locals. Three out of three's not bad for ESPI. IMHO Frank C.
