Yeah markets go up and down, not a big deal. The CPQ announcement is not the end of the world. However on friday I predicted that it would cause negative sentiment and that Nasdaq would take a tumble and I got blasted by someone for not "being real" and for being like Dagan. Have a look at the foreign markets, have a look at S&P futures, have a look at PreOpen on BII. I hate saying "I told you so", but the people who close their eyes and just assume every day is going to be a $5 positive day have got to be dreaming. There will be profit taking along the way, and when BII has lost some of its frenzy, it does follow the general market.

If BII opens a bit lower, I dont see this as a big problem. There was a lot of buying interest in the low $20's and that will push this back into the $27-28 range IMO. Even if it doesn't, the official Nasdaq announcement definitely will. I think this is a great daytrading oppurtunity, but for those who aren't into that -- hold onto your money, and don't panic. Might be a good idea not to get any BII quotes until later this afternoon too.. morning might be very volatile. Can't wait ;-)
