OT: I agree that a lot of people make a distinction between northen and southern Europe, but the distinction between East and West is much more (for want of a better term) formally established. I talk to my European friends about the differences bewteen northern and southern European countries but we are all aware that we are talking about an unofficially recognized term, one that is prevalent, however. In which case, you are both correct.
So, back to topic. What's your strategy for DELL? Are you already set up in a short position. Are you going to add to it? How long will you hold it?
