Frank, I can "FEEL YOUR PAIN". I've been a shareholder for a number of years and have a front seat on this emotional rollercoaster. Let's take a step back and look at the company for a second.

1) They have a solid team in place. These guys are experienced in the casino industry as well as the horseracing industry.

2) The company has projects well under way. The racetrack WILL eventually happen as well as at least one of the casino projects.

3) The company is moving over to the Nasdaq E-trade system shortly. This will enable the brokerage houses that are not permitted to sell pink sheet stocks to get in.

I would rather invest my money in a company that is not hyping the stock up but taking it's time building something which is VERY REAL.
I believe we will all sit back in the very near future and laugh at all the people who bailed on the company over the last year. These same people will be chasing the stock as it climbs past new highs.

As they sell their stock cheap, smart guys are picking it up. Everyday there is volume on the stock. People are aquiring it at the .85-1.12 level. I took advantage of aquiring some more at .25 and already 4x that money.

So in closing, don't be to hard on Hart and the company, thank them for building something that is REAL!
