Cazz - I haven't checked the news yet; however, an important aspect of mother companies spinning off IPOs is the float. I imagine Disney has a HUGE float. Thus the volitility would be MUCH less than NAVR. You definately won't lose - as long as there are kids DIS will be strong. Regards Neal
