CitX and Priority One Announce New Automated Electronic Bill Presentment Service

QUAKERTOWN, PA, September 21, 1998 == CitX Corporation of Quakertown, PA, and sister company Priority One ECC of Akron PA, today
announced a new Electronic Commerce service called Intrapay Bill Present, that enables businesses to generate Bills, which can be automatically delivered to its customers, via the Internet, Fax, or Direct US Mail. Businesses only need Internet Access, and a Web Browser to use the new E Commerce service. Intrapay Bill Present is fully EDI and XML compatible, and directly interfaces into the Intrapay Bill Collect service provided by CitX and Priority One, which is used to electronically collect payment for Bill Presented.

"Businesses will be able to use Intrapay Bill Present, and our Bill Collect services to significantly reduce the cost of their Billing and Collection activity," said Sidney Lieberman, Chairman of Priority One. "We can now enable businesses to automatically inform their customers of an amount due, or pending EFT transaction, and then automatically collect the amount due on the date due. Our service is different then other similar services like Bill Payment, which may notify customers of an amount due, however, the customer dictates when the Bill gets paid."

To use the new E Commerce service, businesses simply prepare and submit an ASCII formatted Payment Presentment File to the Intrapay Bill Present system, via the Internet. The Payment Presentment File may be created using the in house software or File Generation Wizards, provided online by CitX. Bill Presentment Files contain Customer Payment Records for each Customer to be billed. Each Customer Record contains instructions to direct the Intrapay Bill Present system how to deliver the customers Bill, i.e. Internet, Fax, or US Mail. The Intrapay Bill Presentment system will process the Payment Presentment File and automatically determine the delivery mode for a Bill based on the delivery method identified in the customer's record.

CitX, along with its strategic partner, Redix International, is developing automated, EDI enabled, HIPAA compliant File Generation Wizards, and Middleware legacy system interfaces specifically for the Insurance, Healthcare, Finance and Utility industries. File generation Wizards are specialized server hosted programs, that can be accessed through the Internet to automatically generate, or translate different third party file formats to and from the CitX Intrapay ASCII standard format.

CitX and Priority One plan to release additional information about the Intrapay EB Present service at the EC World 1998 trade show, held in Denver Colorado, September 22 and 23. For more information about the Intrapay Bill Presentment, and other Electronic Commerce services, visit the Intrapay Web Site at intrapay.com.
