I am glad to hear this is old news - maybe I am out of the loop but it is news to me. I don't mind telling you I got scared reading it on the train ride in because I am still a holder and a buyout believer. For all those who did not read it, it basically singles out FORE and another company as potential reporters of earnings restatements because of SEC crackdowns on accounting procedures relating to acquisitions. DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS - READ THE ARTICLE YOURSELVES BEACUSE I AM NEITHER AN ACCOUNTANT, NOR AS TIM POINTS OUT, THE SHARPEST PENCIL IN THE DRAWER SINCE THIS NEWS SEEMS NOT TO BE NEW. Best of luck to all of those who choose to stick it out. After hearing Tim say this is old (and therefore should be price in) I am going to stay long and see how it goes.
