OT: europe : geo-politically we might think of Western versus Eastern alliances; but geo-culturally the north-south distinction is very meaningful. (based on my exposure anyway) I went in to buy some dell at the open; anticipated a low of 39 but never got it! The morning bargain hunters picked it up already.
