Perhaps it has something to do with the AGM upcoming this week. Maybe something to do with the President trying to get 300,000 escrow shares approved for himself at .01 cents. He's already pulling down 100K so if any shareholders out there don't agree with this deal then they should make sure they get their proxyholders or themselves to the AGM to conk it out. Proxies have to be in by 12 noon eastern time on Feb 26 to eligible for the AGM on Feb 28.
