Do you have a good idea if QWST is in fact placing just as much conduit as LVLT? I agree with your warning, and I'm sure that there have been some mis-statements, but I have been under the impression that there has been a difference in the quantity ... and the strategy.

Also, what are the smaller inner-ducts used for? If a "standard" conduit is now sub-divided into 12 smaller inner-ducts how are they able to fit standard fiber trunks through?
