Sunday, April 11, 1999 Dear Reader, The "Part II" of this weekend's Offshore Drilling Bits consisted of a (very long) reprint of a speech given by Matt Simmons, President of Simmons & Co. International, an investment banking firm specializing in energy and oil service companies. The article has generated quite a bit of interest, feedback and questions. Today I got in touch with Matt and asked if he would field questions from the subscribers of Offshore Drilling Bits. He graciously accepted the invitation.
