Fred, Are there ANY producers of Medium sized NiMH prismatics for Hybrids? ? As a matter of fact, are there any producers, in even small volume of NiMH EV batteries outside of GM/Ovonics? I know Saft was supposed to be producing NiMH EV batteries for Chrysler but are they? And Panasonic, are they geared up to produce Nickel Hydrogen EV batteries in Volume? Up to now they haven't had to make enough to support even a small factory. Anyone have a clue? What's happening with GP batteries, Varta, Hyundai, Sanyo? I do know that GP batteries recently delivered six NiMH vehicles for Hong Kong and Australia agencies. What can we add to this tiny morsel of NiMH info?
