Yeah, I don't think we would get any info regardless of who we talk to because of the laws. I will ask some of the investment banker-types that i know when TD will legally be able to tell us anything. I would imagine tat they are in the filing process right now. However I heard that the people that handle the filings are really backed up due to this internet IPO mania. From press release to pricing usually takes 2-3 months. But it could take longer because of the market conditions. Looks like a good week for TD though. Great news for my APR calls! David
