Scumbria - He made no mention of retail or AMD as having anything to do with the problem> Don't you believe the ZDNet pie charts I sent you? Message 8848365 No EP didn't mention retail. THAT'S THE POINT!, (that he didn't mention it and there seems to be data that CPQ is losing marketshare in the retail sector.) PB
