I'm seeing iMacs in the US channel assembled in Mexico with the new serial number prefix "RN". Earlier iMacs in the US were either manufactured at Sacramento plant bearing "XA" and "XB" prefixes or were assembled at the LG plant in Mexicali Mexico bearing "MX" prefix.

Thus these latest iMacs with "RN" prefix seems to indicate that there may be another facility in addition to LG's Mexicali plant that assembles iMacs. Alternatively this could just be a special designation used to indicate a special production run of primarily blueberry iMacs to catch up the demand... but that would be highly unusual since it breaks away from Apple's tradition of using the first two letters of the serial number as unique identifier of where a product is assembled.

Meanwhile, LG's manufacturing plant in Korea appears to have been ramped up either supplementing or replacing Apple's Singapore plant for production of new 333MHz iMacs.
