Here is another message I sent off to John McGee that expresses some of our concerns: I truly appreciate his quick response:

Thank you for your quick response John,

I look forward to hearing your updates on the progress of turning TPI into a more open company. Shareholders sentiments toward the company are very negative at this point. We feel that have been left in the dark as far as the direction the company is headed along with all the C/D's. that have diluted our shares.
Could you please answer a few more questions for me.
What happend between the agreement between TPI and Bigisoft? Last July I took part in a conference call with Bob Bemer and Paul. TPI gave me the impression that they had the exclusive rights to market Bob Bemer's Vertex 2000 toolset in Canada. SInce that conference call little has been spoken about that alliance. TPI's website shows that Bigisoft is still an active partner but what is the current status of the marketing agreement that youhad in place? or did the software never materialize into a marketable product?
What is the current staffing levels of TPI. How many full time
employees? What influenced you to return to TPI? When will there be a
shareholders meeting? My last questions is in regard to Paul last prediction on revenue for the year ending July 31, 1999. Last year he was projecting revenue to be around 12 million, then revised down to 8 million can you tell me if that is that is still the current projection or has it again been revised downward. Paul stated that "We anticipate within the next two quarters that our company will start to see black ink on the reports." Is the company still anticipating black ink within the next two quarters?

This past year has been frustrating watching and waiting for TPI to deliver. But I do believe in the company and will still support TPI. Best of luck in building those blocks. Just remember to still think out side of the blocks.

Thank You for taking time out of your busy day to read this e-mail.

Best Regards,

Jason
