Mary....You should be able to sell NSOL or conduct any transactions, for that matterm, when in the process of transfer. Call your broker. Also to speed up transfer, download DTC forms from WATley, fill out andFDX to Watley, then call repeatedly to get the DTC acrass. They can transfer this way in a day. Daisy
