Again, thank you for your interest in TPI. TPI continues to maintain an excellent relationship with Bigisoft and continues to market under
exclusive rights to their product in Canada and non-exclusively everywhere else. You may be aware that Bigisoft's solution applies to the mainframe environment. In this regard, the deals tend to be larger and more complex.As time grows shorter, the opportunity for Bigisoft increases as their product overlays object code enabling quick Y2K compliance. Current staffing levels is 30 including contractors.My decision to return to TPI is straight forward. I am, as you are, a shareholder but, felt I could do something directly to help reverse the downward trend of the stock. Having had the opportunity to see the Company from the outside gave me a different perspective. With my knowledge of the operation and management coupled with what I had seen, gave me all the incentive I needed to get back into it. I'm glad to be back. Along with the many other issues I have looked into, I am also looking into a shareholders meeting. I will take direction from the board on this item.
I will comment on this event in the weeks to come.
As you can appreciate, your question concerning financial comments will have to be dealt with in either press releases or further market updates to all shareholders. Please stay tuned.
