"Given the fact not one person on this board has come forward and stated "thank-you Ian for saving me from this fraudulent company"...

Why would you expect anyone to post that in public? Think about it.

"For example, "I short small-cap junior exchange companies but this is one I haven't managed to turn a profit on."

I think you just stepped on your own grave marker here...
You've said in you DISCLOSURE STATEMENT:
1) AGORA INTERNET RELATIONS CORP. receives a monthly monetary fee from Valu-net Corporation.
2) ...activities are aimed purely at keeping their clients' shareholders and prospective shareholders informed about their company.

YET
3) AGORA INTERNET RELATIONS CORP. may, at any time, own shares in the company.

This in my opinion may be in conflict to your position as Investor Relations. I suggest that within your disclosure that you POST your total stock holdings, both long and short from now on, with accompaning time of sales, and price. And when you get angry at that statement remeber this:
"Ian, put your money where your mouth is. Go short on VNE (if you have not already) and post your trading statement on the web for all to see. We have asked you to do this once in the past and, of course, you did not respond."

I now demand that you do, and all employees of your company.

In my opinion {and I was on AGORA list before} your company has always been self interested, and have many time subtly ignored questions in the past. Your creditablity in my opinion have been less then forth coming. You are less of a Investor Relation and are border line promoters... bad ones at that. People who do DD can see that your posts are slanted. You avoid the harder questions.

I'm still waiting for the answer to the questions that you were suppose to deliver to the CEO of VNE...

Add this one:
1) Were is the future money flow to come from?
2) Is the 'Citibank' {seem likes name dropping to add creditability} the only deal?
3) Is this a one trick 'pony'?

PS: I've stated my positions on VNE... I own NONE, never have, never shorted.
