I agree that is the value of SKYM,

But, that value is not internet related. The internet portion is only a tiny fraction of their business, and nothing significant in the e-commerce world. It is also extremely easy to replicate their internet business at a far lower cost than buying them. And, you don't have to take on the mature airline business with its slow growth.

That doesn't mean the stock won't go up, just highly unlikely they will be acquired.

BTW, I only have a token position short, as I covered in the recent move up. Will put it back out when the market is less rabid about these type stocks.
