Guerilla warfare is far from a clean affair. When an army is being shot upon from a house they have little recourse but to attack that house. Innocent Kosovo Albanian lives have no doubt been lost just as NATO has been hitting Serbian civilian targets. I still am not convinced though of the alleged attrocities being purported at every opportunity by CNN. This debacle has been driven by the media which is apparently the information source for U.S. foreign policy.
