How about the language "break even pre tax revenues for the second half of FY". As I recall, we entered the second half of the year, down .27 as a resuly of 1st qtr loss of .01 and 2nd qtr loss of .26. By my math, we need to make .27 in order to break even over last 2 qtrs. It would seem that Budd is telling the world that they have outstripped analysts estimates. Couple the profitable qtrs. with a positive announcement on the convertible debt, a good fall selling season and some explanation of the stock registration and Cinderella might have a new date for the prom no matter what Mr. Osterland might think to the contrary. Rice's shares go green tomorrow. OSO
