Ken,

PRLX announces a 3 for 2 split effective March 26, 1997. I'm surprised, to some extent, that they decided to split the stock this early but I see it as a positive. I think that even after the effective date we are going to continue to see the 1 1/2 to 2 point spread that we are accustomed to seeing and that the stock price drop will be small and temporary. I still see this stock at 30 or better by Dec. 97.
