bp, Remember that the low cost producer DELL still has low market share - IBM,HWP & CPQ still have a lot of share to lose. They probably will. In a "commodity" business like boxmaking, the low cost producer ought to have the biggest market share. If DELL keeps doing what they are doing, it will happen. The channel problem that CPQ has is a LOSE/LOSE situation. They either alienate their old channel and lose sales there or they ignore the direct channel and lose sales there. Big problem and it's showing up with their warning. OT - Anyone follow LVLT? Level 3 Communications. Take a look at it today and for the last several months. Something's up bigtime and there is no announcement yet. Barry
