Kent, Is OREX cleared for a sale; @ 12.00. We saw alot of activity yesterday and heard that someone maybe BAXTER has made overtures to OREX. If you think about it, one of the first steps to a sale would be to completely clear off any items of question ie the 13.5 mm. We understand that they still had mfg problems due to "humidity"; those problems are suppose to be rectified. The humidity problem is suppose to have made the material inconsistant. I do not believe that they show any salvage value for the material written off.. We continue to buy AUTO and OREX at these levels. Look at AUTO, great management and we think good earning result will be coming. PS, OREX has impacted BAXTER market share by 200mm per year. Would it be a good investment to buy your competition? Your, payout would be say 4 or 5 years based upon OREX sales potential. FW
