PRTL - kendall harmon, I am using TC2000 to look for momentum stock and I combine with hot sector. ESPI doing great in the last few days with huge volume. I saw PRTL also has huge volume yesterday and also in the same sector. So, I guess someone/groups know something or play with this stock. I did my DD on PRTL's chart and I guess PRTL will try $16-18 in the next few days, based on its chart. They also had good news on March. MM
