What is wrong with this company? I can not believe how many times their service DOES NOT WORK. THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS. And their stock just keeps climbing. The only reason I do not switch brokerages at this time is because it will take at least 9 days or more with these turkeys. And I can not afford to miss this particular month of action. I have had them screw me up in so many ways. 8 weeks to do my Roth Ira with phone call after phone call and hours waiting and being disconnected. Let's see how many customers we can sign up to load up our already overloaded system. The hired help is over work and doesn't know what they are doing. I strongly suggest not using this compnay to trade. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
