When I couldn't get through On Webbroker this morning I went for the phone. I was on the phone on hold with Greenline for 4 minutes before I got a trader. I can't believe they are the best online broker....what a joke. As we speak I have the phone to my ear...I've been on hold for over three minutes. Edit: Just found out...I didn't get filled at 43.65 on TGO because Greenline took over 12 minutes to send my order. Thought my order had gone through since I saw a Greenline order go through a couple of minutes after my order. That little screw up just cost me $500 in lost profits so far......#@#%*@#!$#%^%#@@$^&%$#@@. I blew up at the trader at Greenline saying I was on hold on the phone at the same time I was trying to place the order through Webbroker. I was trying to find the fast route. "Sorry sir, we don't guarantee fill times and during fast moving market you could have up to an hour delay" I'm done trading for the day....I need a drink!!!! Best Regards KEITH
