Is that e-mail from a source you deem to be reliable?

My gut tells me that the financial system can not possibly be healed from last year's spasms and that the new round of liquidity engineered by the Fed did nothing but buy time and create greater excesses. But these things are hard to fully understand due to their complexity, having incomplete information to work with, and the desire of those responsible to prevent a panic that would trigger the "big kahuna".
