Posted to MACR thread: Don- You are the only other person w/ something to say about "push" or even about the huge MACR move yesterday!! Given how active this threadis-- I'm suprised. Last night I scoured everything I could find on "channels" and "push" (%75 because I now realize the incredible potential it has for my own narrow area of multimedia development). In the past I was afaid to jump on hot new technology (DVD, Java companies, etc), worrying I'd missed the ship. This time I'm sure it's plenty early to ge in. However, I can't find public countries which are heavy plays on this technology (MACR may be the biggest play possible, and it's nothing like a play on a company like Marimba). I think the momentum from the MACR rise can bode well for companies similarly situated. Who are they. The market opens in 40 minutes and I want to buy. BTW: both MSFT & Netscape will have this technology in their new browser which will automatically make it huge in the coming months. Any company like Marimba (which is a tech company for developing Web channels and viewers) will benefit from the soon to be released browsers. Eric
