Well, There appear to be about 3 million shares outstanding, the company has less than $100,000 in the bank, so I would expect to see a financing of some kind. From looking at their website www.santelmoresources.com it looks like the management has geological and public company experience.
With a market cap of 1.5 million and a big land package in Argentina, I think this looks pretty cheap.
