Now that they've let the cat out of the bag there's really nowhere to go but up from here. I think I'm going to pick some up and hang on to it for while. I'd say 28 is a no-brainer in the next couple weeks (or less). You can bet the institutions are jumping all over it here while pretending to be upset with them. JMHO {:-)
