Scumbria, this is exactly what you said:

If they can ramp the MHz at the same rate as the K6 ramp, they will hit 1GHz in 0.25u in a year.

Either you are blatantly misleading all of us into thinking that 1 GHz on 0.25 micron is possible, or you are failing to think before you post.
