dot com did not purchase cyberbingo. They are the software developer of the game. Cyberbingo licensed the software from dot com. dot com is on the same path as Cryptologic(CRY.T). The software for Cyberbingo was developed by the Precyse Corp. which was purchased by dot com entertainment. dot com is presently working on other games such as Keno.
