EDIT- JEFF REF SEMSCO- THEY WANTED THE DEAL BUT THIS COMPANY DECIDED THEY WOULD GO PUBLIC IN THE FUTURE ON THEIR OWN.. THIS IS THE SORT OF BIO TECH CO.... the other one was not them...this was in the last 6 months..they then went and contected computerbucks..
