Why should the sale of insider shares be so serious? Normally, I see insiders sell shares regardless of how good the company's pprospects are. It seems to me that they just need the money and want to buy houses, cars and generally enjoy some of the profits of a stock plan today.

Are you expecting them to dump an unusal amount of shares?

On why Sun didn't exercise options to buy more shares, is it possible they didn't because it wouldn't lead to any control, and decided to keep the money for other aquisitions? Afterall, not long ago they wanted to buy Apple. If they have major aquisitions to consider, perhaps they had better uses for the money.

Is it true that Sun was a part of Cypress Semi before? Who are their major customers besides Sun and Fujitsu?

As you can see, I am new to this thread and don't understand the nuances of this company. I bought the stock today at 10 7/8. I think it is good value, but what should I look out for? Anybody see new business or surprises coming?

Regards,

Mark
