Merril just put out their intraday special call on LU, reiterating BUY on weakness. They cited two reasons for the weakness inaddition to the article. They think one of the cometitors had trimmed their revnue forcast and earnings forcast dor Q1 due to Brazil and pricing pressure. Secondly erroneous suumption of completion of phase I ATT Optical network build out. They are positive on second phase of optical network build out bt T. They are positive on Brazil, infact LU to improve margins in Brazil, hence recommend buying LU on weakness. BR
