The timing of the SEC's response is going to depend on whether or not the SEC treated the March 18 filing as an initial filing or as an amendment to the filing that took place on September 24, 1998. The SEC has 30 days to respond with comments for an initial filing and they take every one of those 30 days. If they treated the March 18 filing as an initial filing, they will be faxing comments to the company on Friday.

My guess is that the SEC treated the March 18 filing as an amendment and that the company may already be working on their responses to the SEC's comments. Given that there were some significant events that occurred between the two filings, including the sale of a 50% interest in BNBN, I would suspect that the SEC reviewers spent a lot of time on the document. There may be a lot of comments.

Personally, I would be very surprised if the offering actually occurs during the week of April 26. IMHO, it is going to bleed into May.
